Interior window cleaning
Inside glass hand-squeegeed, with screens, tracks and sills cleaned while we're in there.
Shoe covers and drop towels on every interior job. We move nothing without asking.
House soft wash
Vinyl, brick, stucco and hardie siding washed clean of green algae, mildew and pollen film.
Low pressure and a cleaning solution do the work — under 100 PSI, so nothing gets driven behind your siding.
Roof soft wash
Those black streaks on your shingles are algae, not dirt. We kill it at the root and it rinses away.
Never pressure-washed. Pressure strips the granules off asphalt shingles and voids most warranties.
Concrete pressure washing
Driveways, sidewalks, patios and pool decks brought back to their original color.
Surface cleaner, not a wand — even passes and no zebra striping left behind.
Maintenance plans
Most homes here want glass twice a year and a wash once. We'll set the schedule and just show up.

Why it matters here
North Carolina is hard on the outside of a house.
Skywash Cleaning started in Wisconsin. The work is the same; the grime isn't. Three things we clean here that we almost never touched up north:
- Spring pine pollen
- Late March through April, everything wears a yellow coat. It bonds to glass and siding once it gets rained on, and a garden hose won't move it.
- Roof algae streaks
- Gloeocapsa magma thrives in humid Southeast summers. It shows up as black vertical stains on the north-facing side of the roof first.
- Hard water spotting
- Irrigation heads that hit the glass leave mineral deposits that etch in over time. Caught early, they come off; left alone, they don't.
